Our Story
Founded in 1999, Guangyuan Packaging is a professional PE film manufacturer based in Yantai, China.
Starting from PVC shrink film production, we shifted our focus to polyethylene (PE) film manufacturing in 2003, becoming one of the early PE shrink film producers in the region.
That willingness to move early has defined us ever since. Over the following two decades, we kept expanding — into stretch film, lamination substrate, stretch hood, and silage wrap — while investing in ISO-certified quality systems and a modern 20,000 m² facility equipped with state-of-the-art 5-layer co-extrusion technology.
Since establishing our export business department in 2021, that same product range has reached buyers in more than 50 countries. Today, Guangyuan Packaging continues the pattern that’s defined us for 25 years: listening to where the market is going, and building the capability to meet it.

Mr. Zhao Dianbin, Founder
Guangyuan Packaging is a family business, founded by Mr. Zhao Dianbin in 1999 in Yantai, China. From the very beginning, his goal was clear: to build an internationally leading manufacturer of high-performance polyethylene packaging materials — a goal that continues to guide the company today.

Guangyuan Packaging operates on two levels, and we’re upfront about both — because we believe that’s what earns long-term trust with international buyers.
In-House Manufacturing Our own production lines specialize in the film products we’ve spent 25 years perfecting: silage wrap, stretch hood film, PE shrink film, stretch wrap film, lamination substrate film, and MDOPE. These are the products we manufacture directly, with full control over raw materials, thickness (gauge), and quality at every stage.
Extended Solutions Network Beyond our core film production, we’ve built a quality-controlled network of trusted manufacturing partners to offer a broader range of packaging materials — from netting and twine to labeling consumables and packaging machinery. This means our customers don’t need to manage multiple suppliers for a single packaging need — we help coordinate the full picture, backed by the same quality standards we apply to our own production.
This dual approach lets us do what many single-product factories can’t: act as a genuine packaging solutions partner, not just a film supplier.
