Our 5-layer co-extrusion technology allows us to integrate specific functional resins into each layer. This results in a 30% denser oxygen barrier and significantly higher puncture resistance compared to 3-layer or cast films, ensuring a more stable anaerobic fermentation process.
Utilizing advanced metallocene resins, our 22µm efficiency film provides the same tensile strength as standard 25µm film but offers 15% more length per roll. This reduces cost-per-bale and minimizes machine downtime by decreasing the frequency of roll changes.
