Sustainable at Goyopak
From material selection and manufacturing to product design and end-of-life considerations, we focus on practical ways to reduce material impact across our products.
Sustainable Packaging Starts With the Right Material
Goyopak film is chosen and engineered around one question: can this material re-enter an existing recycling stream without extra processing?
Every resin is chosen first for whether it can re-enter an existing recycling stream — additives, layer structure, and colorants are all evaluated against that requirement before performance testing begins.
Recyclable Materials Overview
This is our product range grouped by resin type and recycling code.
We also blend PCR (post-consumer recycled) content into select lines, calibrated to maintain high tensile strength and clarity.
PE Films & MDO-PE
Recyclable mono-material alternative to laminates for ag-film, stretch, and shrink.
Net & Baler Twine
High-tensile HDPE net and 100% PP twine for standard recycling streams.
POF Shrink Film
High-speed compatible structure; recyclability depends on local infrastructure.
Shrink Labels
Eco-friendly PET/BOPP alternatives to traditional PVC-based sleeve labels.
Turning Manufacturing Precision into Measurable Sustainability
Beyond selecting the right resins, we optimize how they are processed and how long they last in the field.

Systematic Resource Management in Production
Systematic Scrap Recovery
Production trim and edge waste are systematically collected and classified for secondary usage or responsible recycling pathways, significantly reducing the raw material footprint of each run.
Managed Utility Usage
Our production lines utilize VFD (Variable Frequency Drives) to optimize energy loads, while cooling water is managed in a recirculation network to reduce freshwater intake.
Reducing Total Plastic Footprint
By engineering films for extended outdoor performance via UV stabilization, we help end-users reduce their overall seasonal plastic consumption through increased product durability.
Sustainability Through Our Products
Engineering packaging that performs better while using less.

For agricultural use, our high-barrier properties minimize oxygen ingress, significantly reducing spoilage of silage or produce. The most sustainable film is the one that protects the contents from being wasted.
Down-gauging isn’t just about weight; it’s about density. Thinner, stronger film allows for more meters per roll and more product per pallet, reducing the number of shipments and freight costs.
Engineered puncture resistance prevents premature film failure during high-speed wrapping or harsh field handling. This eliminates the need for re-wrapping, saving both time and material on-site.
Management System
Our environmental management practices are certified to ISO 14001. Full certificates are available on our Compliance & Certificates page.
